Angela's character doesn't make an appearance in Silent Hill 3 but her model was used in one part of the game. When Heather encounters the Closer monster in the shopping mall, it's chewing on a dead body's face. If you look closely you can see that the model is an exact copy of Angela's, only the clothes' colours have been changeg and the body has been messed with blood. It's higly unlikely that it is actually Angela that is lying there, but I think Team Silent just wanted to use her model because they were perhaps too lazy to make new models for dead bodies and wanted to give the player that "Huh? Wasn't that..." experience. :) Another thing related to Angela is a poster hanging on a wall in the shopping mall, it's a commercial poster of Silent Hill 2 with James, Angela and Laura on it.
