Angela is the first character James meets on his journey. He first meets her at a cemetery on the outskirts of Silent Hill, and she seems a bit skittish and unsure. Angela is convinced that she will never ever be happy and has was also abused by her father, and because of that she ran away. Her father and brother found her though, and dragged her back. The story went on and one day Angela just snapped and stabbed her father to death with a knife [Angela's Knife]. She ran away again, and this time to Silent Hill. When James meets her in the apartment building, her journey was already almost to an end, because she finally realised what she had done and knew that she actually killed her father without really knowing. When you see her for the last time on the burning stairs, she walks up the stairs symbolizing her walking to her own death. << back
